Ex Macello is a former industrial site in Milan that has lived many lives — today a place for art, design and people meeting for the first time. During Milano Design Week 2026, Glitch Camp, in collaboration with IKEA, brought an idea of home into the space: shared, unhurried, built on quiet care. Sound was a way to carry that idea through the camp.
SONIC BRIEF
The set ran from 18:00 to 21:00 — the hours when the afternoon softens, the light begins to change and the camp slowly leans into the night. The aim was not to perform over the space, but to build one continuous atmosphere within it: sound as part of the architecture, heard across the camp as the day turned.
CURATION APPROACH
We shaped an arc that followed the light — prepared in advance, never closed. Three moments, one continuous atmosphere.

House, open and warm, in the last of the daylight. Rhythm that sets a tone for the space without asking for attention. - P.02 — Changing light
Melodic house as daylight turns. Deeper textures and longer phrases, the atmosphere shifting with the sky. - P.03 — Into the night
Afro house carries the final stretch — percussive, grounded, human — as the camp settles fully into the evening.
