Head Stories is a podcast about what people carry — the stories they say out loud and the ones that stay underneath. Hosted by Stefano Terzuolo, who built GUM Studio as a place where conversation happens as naturally as a haircut, the show lives in the intimate space between a person's inside and outside. Our role was to give that intimacy a sound.
SONIC BRIEF
A podcast about the inside and outside of people needed an identity that could hold both — close enough to feel like a confession, open enough to let the listener in. The sound had to set the emotional ground for each story and then stay alongside it, never above it.
CURATION APPROACH
We built the identity around warm analog synthesis — emotional, but always grounded by the beat, so it moves and connects rather than drifts. The rhythm is kept human and slightly imperfect, so it feels played rather than programmed. The result is intimate and present at once — less an intro than the moment just before someone decides to tell you something true.
